Rotor Fins One Piece The skim tube design greatly improves with the use of rotor fins. After several prototypes it was decided to machine these from a solid billet to keep the weight down while making it easier to clean. This part proved to be a challenge to machine and I ended up making a vacuum fixture to allow all side machining.
